Where did the year go! It feels like we just moved in!=20
Salmon Creek is going well and we all hope my appointment there will last a w=

We have talked a little bit about eventually finding a place to buy, but are=
 hoping the interest rate will come down.=20
All of that to say we are hoping not to pack up and move next month!=20
Is it possible you would consider a lease less than 12 months in case we fin=
d a good window to buy a home before next June?=20
